Schedules tend to get pretty chaotic around the holidays. I know the time between Thanksgiving and New Year’s is a time when I typically struggle to get in my workouts. It’s so difficult to make it to the gym some days, with the time it takes to bundle up, drive there, find parking, and so on. I love turning to home workouts when I’m busy because all I need to do is throw on some leggings and a tank and get started. At home, I can lead myself through a yoga sequence, but then I’m thinking through what I should do next, totally losing the meditative aspect of yoga.
