As all two of you who consistently read my blog know, I’ve been fighting a case of plantar fasciitis for several weeks now. I think it’s finally getting better, probably because I’ve done almost everything I can to help it get better except for cut back on my running volume. Heh.
One tool I found extremely helpful is the Foot Log.

Massaging the plantar fascia is important to aid recovery. But, the Foot Log feels really awesome on your feet even if you don’t have plantar fasciitis, so if you’re looking for a good foot massage, check this guy out. And, at just under $20, the price point isn’t bad, either.
It’s really easy to use; just sit down and roll the bottom of your feet on the log. I actually think it’s easier to use than some of the other foot massage products out there. I wouldn’t suggest standing and using it because standing on a cylinder probably isn’t the best idea if you don’t want to fall on your butt.
So, if you’re looking for a cheap foot massage that feels really great, try the Foot Log!
Note: I paid for my Foot Log with my own money and wrote this blog post because I love the product.
