Happy Sunday! I hope all of you have had a great weekend. I’ve been keeping very busy trying to get ready for BlogFest. Since I pretty much live in my workout clothes, I’ve been trying to find a few cute outfits for parties and social events in my free time, which I haven’t had much of. So, I haven’t had as much time as I’d like to read through blogs this week, but I did find some articles that I really enjoyed. Here are the articles that really spoke to me this week:
Repetition = Internalization = Work by Erin at Erin’s Inside Job – There are many of us who struggle with being kind to ourselves, and if you’re one of those people, this article is a must read. It’s okay to prioritize your needs and take care of yourself.

9 Budget Friendly Super Food Recipes via Lindsay at Cotter Crunch – Okay, I admit it, I love super foods. But, many of them can come with a hefty price tag. (Have you bought frozen, blended açai berries for smoothies? So expensive!) So, I really loved Lindsay’s post about how to get in great nutrients with superfoods that aren’t so expensive you can’t afford to eat for the rest of the week.
Are You Race Ready? via Toni at Running Loving Living – Great steps to follow to keep yourself race ready year round.
6 Health Benefits of Getting Enough Sleep via Brittany at Eating Bird Food – Since I’ve been really busy I haven’t gotten as much sleep as I should and I’m really feeling it. I loved having this article as a reminder to prioritize sleep because it really is so important to get enough.
Healthy Eating is a Journey, Not a Destination via Jen at Pretty Little Grub – If you feel like you give up on eating healthy once you’ve had one “bad” meal, this is a must read for you! Dietitian Jen explains why you shouldn’t give up if you make a small mistake along your healthy eating journey.
