Happy Monday! I had a busy weekend preparing to head out to BlogFest and Monday and Tuesday are shaping up to be just as crazy. So, I don’t have a full post for you today, but wanted to leave you with this Monday Motivation:
I talk about letting go of labels in my yoga classes relatively often. Labels may help us at times, but when we use labels to define ourselves and decide who we are, we may be selling ourselves short. My challenge to you this week is to work on letting go of some of those labels that are holding you back so you can become who you’re meant to be.
