Happy Friday! It’s been another crazy week, and a very big one for my hubby and I because we are closing on our house this afternoon! I’m so excited to finally have a house of our own that we can really settle into. After closing, we’ll be doing a little cleaning at the house, heading to a party at our friend’s house (where we’re currently staying), and then our furniture, and more importantly, internet, will be delivered tomorrow. Woo hoo!
So, look forward to hearing more about that on next week’s Friday Favorites post! In the meantime, here’s everything I’ve been loving since last week:

Scott’s parents and I made it safely to Oklahoma last Saturday morning, along with our dogs. Let me tell you, it’s hard living away from your husband from two straight weeks when you have all sorts of crazy pregnancy hormones running through your system. So, I’ve definitely enjoyed being back in the same zip code as my hubby.
EnduroPacks Electrolyte Spray
(Disclaimer: I was provided free product to try, but was not otherwise compensated. My opinion is my own.) I’ll be writing a full review of the EnduroPacks Electrolyte Spray next week, but I had to include it in my roundup of favorites. I’ve been getting some mild muscle cramping with the heat and being pregnant, and my doctor recommended sports drink, but I don’t love the idea of drinking tons of sugar. So, I was really excited to have the chance to try out this Electrolyte Spray. It’s flavorless so you can add it to any beverage, and it’s definitely been helping with the cramping.
Speaking of fun effects of pregnancy, I’m definitely getting to the swelling stage, especially with it being August. Rather than risk getting my wedding ring permanently stuck on my finger, I took it off earlier this week and bought this Qalo ring on Amazon. (Still not sure how you pronounce it…KAY-low? KWAY-low?) It’s a little bigger than my wedding ring size, which means I don’t have to worry about it with swelling. And, if the swelling ever got really bad, it’s easy to cut off because it’s made of silicone. Plus, it’s a great option for wearing a ring while working out, and I plan to get back to the gym next week.
On Wednesday, we went out with a bunch of people from Scott’s work to a restaurant called China Garden in Tulsa. Apparently it’s one of the best restaurants in the area for more authentic Chinese food. I was really excited when I saw they had some great tofu options. (I prefer to eat vegetarian when I can.) This szechuan tofu did not disappoint! It was just the right amount of spicy and very flavorful. I think everyone else really enjoyed their meals, too. I would definitely go again.
So, that’s it for me this week! I’m off to get a few copy writing tasks done before we head over to the house this morning so we can get the carpets cleaned. Then we’ll hopefully officially be homeowners right after lunch! Yay!
